We Up ("we" or "us") operates an online platform (including the website and mobile application) providing services to purchase and read ebooks, buy physical books, enroll in courses, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

USER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This Policy applies to all collection, use, storage, and sharing of Users' personal data in the following cases:
- Accessing and using the We Up website/application.
- Registering an account and logging in (including email/password or Google sign-in).
- Purchasing and using ebooks, physical books, courses, and other related services on the platform.

1. Data you provide directly
- Identification data: Full name, email address, phone number, password (encrypted), profile photo, and other account profile information (if any).
- Transaction data: Information related to purchases, order history, invoices, and delivery addresses (for physical books).
- Content data: Content you create, store, or share on the platform such as comments, product/course reviews, assignments, notes, etc.
2. Data collected automatically
When you interact with the platform, we may automatically collect:
- Device data: Device type, operating system, browser, app version, and other technical parameters.
- Activity data: IP address, access time, pages/features viewed, reading time, learning progress, and other interactions with the system.
- Data from cookies and similar technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to collect information to operate and improve the user experience. We Up does not use cookies to track users for third-party advertising.

- Social login services: When you sign in with Google, we collect basic information (e.g., name, email, profile photo) within the scope you authorize.
- Service partners: We may receive information from partners providing payment, cloud storage, analytics, and other technical services as necessary to operate the system.
