Terms of Service

(Effective from January 26, 2026)

Weup ("Weup", "we") operates an online platform providing services for purchasing and reading ebooks, purchasing physical books, purchasing and enrolling in online courses, and other related services.

By registering an account, accessing, or using Weup's services, you ("you", "user") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service below.

1. Scope of Services

Weup provides:

  • Service for purchasing and reading ebooks.
  • Service for purchasing physical books and physical products.
  • Service for purchasing and participating in online courses, online training programs, and other digital content.
  • Other value-added services announced by Weup from time to time.

2. User Eligibility and Conditions

  • Users must have full civil capacity under Vietnamese law; if not, consent from a legal representative is required.
  • When registering an account, you commit to providing accurate, complete, and updated information.
  • Each account is for individual use only, not transferable, rentable, or unlawfully shared.

3. Account and Security

  • You are responsible for securing login information and all activities arising from your account.
  • If you detect unauthorized access or suspect information leakage, you must immediately notify Weup.
  • Weup is not responsible for damages arising from your disclosure of information, account lending, or failure to comply with basic security measures.

4. User Rights and Obligations

Users are not allowed to:

  • Violate laws, social ethics, Weup's regulations/terms.
  • Impersonate individuals or organizations, provide false information.
  • Copy, record video/audio, download, distribute, share, resell course content, ebooks, or any content on Weup, unless permitted in writing.
  • Interfere unlawfully with the system, scan vulnerabilities, crack courses, use bots/crawlers/scripts to collect data or manipulate the system.
  • Spam, insult, disseminate offensive, obscene, hate-inciting, illegal content or infringe on third-party rights.

Users have the right to:

  • Lawfully use features and content registered/purchased within the scope provided by Weup.
  • Send feedback, complaints, report violations, request support through official customer care channels.

5. Weup's Rights and Responsibilities

Weup has the right to:

  • Suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts/services if violations of Terms or law are detected.
  • Change, update interface, features, content, service prices; notify on the platform when necessary.
  • Remove, edit, hide user-generated content if the content violates or poses legal risks.

Weup has the responsibility to:

  • Provide stable, secure services within reasonable technical and commercial capabilities.
  • Protect users' personal data according to the Privacy Policy and law.
  • Receive and handle user feedback and complaints within the scope of authority.

6. Intellectual Property and Copyright

  • All content, designs, source code, trademarks, logos, learning materials, videos, ebooks, courses on Weup are owned by Weup or by authors/partners who have legally granted rights.
  • Users are granted limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use for personal/learning purposes only, not to copy, distribute, or commercialize without written consent.
  • Violations may lead to: account suspension, access revocation, compensation claims, cooperation with competent authorities to handle according to Intellectual Property Law.

7. Summary of Payment, Shipping, Returns

  • Payment: Weup clearly announces payment methods and transaction confirmation mechanisms before deducting money.
  • Shipping (physical books): announces delivery methods, scope, estimated time, and shipping fees.
  • Returns/refunds: apply according to the Returns and Refunds Policy in Section 3 below (and/or on the separate policy page on the website).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Weup:

  • Is not responsible for damages due to network errors, devices, force majeure (natural disasters, war, events beyond reasonable control).
  • Does not guarantee specific learning outcomes; results depend on each individual's self-study and application process.
  • Is not responsible for content posted by users, but will handle upon receiving valid reports.

9. Termination of Service Use

  • You can stop using the service or request account closure at any time according to system instructions.
  • Weup may lock, restrict, or terminate accounts if you violate the Terms or show signs of fraud or harm.
  • Some data (transactions, documents...) may continue to be stored according to legal requirements or to protect Weup's legitimate interests.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms of Use are governed by Vietnamese law.
  • Disputes are prioritized for resolution through negotiation and mediation in good faith.
  • If no agreement is reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Vietnam for resolution.
